Autumn marks the transition from summer to winter, in September when the duration of daylight becomes noticeably shorter and the temperature cools considerably. We follow this change by transitioning from our summer signature drinks to our fall signature drinks. Take a peep below and find yourself a new favorite or an old friend to keep you warm as the days become cooler.
SPICED PUMPKIN LATTE: This spice forward latte is the closest thing you will get to autumn in a cup. We use cinnamon, allspice, clove, nutmeg and ginger to add some nice warmth and depth of flavor. For the pumpkin portion we use a pumpkin puree to bring out an authentic rich pumpkin flavor.
GOLDEN LATTE: We use our turmeric ginger chai and mix it with milk, honey, cinnamon and espresso. Creating a spicy and zesty botanical elixir highlighting the wonders of the golden turmeric root.
THE CAPTAIN SAGE: We made a maple sage snicker-doodle syrup to pair with a cortado. We feel this syrup perfectly balances out the equal portions of espresso and milk in this drink with a rounded sweetness. Also available as a cappuccino or latte!
CHAGA CHAI: Is a remarkable brew that blends wild chaga mushrooms with roasted dandelion root, chicory, and adaptogenic astragalus root. A touch of cocoa nibs and a hint of sweetness bring this grounding yet decadent treat to life.
CHAIDER: Our masala chai is an energizing and rich blend of fresh spices and wild black tea. We find it the perfect partner to pair with apple cider adding a different dimension to a fall favorite. If you like chai or apple cider this is a must try!
