May 1^st – Sept. 30^th @ $30.95 per address (includes cold packs and 2^nd day air shipping) for ALL OTHER STATES EXCEPT Alaska and Hawaii

Please allow 5-7 business days for the delivery by UPS, during holidays, please allow 2 weeks. Arrival on a specific date is not possible. Please note: UPS cannot ship to Post office boxes, APO’s or FPO’s.
